Miscelatore NSF Certified® Commercial Series 8 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand – kitchenaid KSMC895CU

I had to return the model with the bowl guard, because despite what the website says, not all of the attachments will fit with the bowl guard in place, and the mixer will not run with the bowl guard lifted

I have literally thrown everything at this mixer. It kneaded 4 (okay, maybe 5) loaves of whole wheat bread, it does great at max speed, and it does great at max speed for a long time. I was mixing egg whites and forgot about them when I went to the store ;). The pasta attachments, apple/potato spiral thing, and the shred/slice attatchments work well! This is literally a bakers dream. Definitely passing this down to my daughters.

I can’t say enough good things about this mixer! If you’re serious about baking or run a small business, the KitchenAid 8-quart commercial stand mixer is worth every penny. It’s an absolute powerhouse. The 1.3 HP motor is incredibly quiet yet unbelievably strong—effortlessly powering through heavy doughs, large batches of cookie batter, and even thick frosting without missing a beat. The bowl-lift design adds so much stability, and the larger capacity means I can triple or even quadruple my recipes without worrying about overflow. It’s built like a tank—solid stainless steel construction with a professional finish that looks as good as it performs. The bowl locks in place securely, and the speed controls are smooth and precise. What really impressed me is how consistent the results are. Whether I’m whipping egg whites or kneading bread dough, it delivers perfect texture every time. Plus, it works with all the standard KitchenAid attachments, which is a huge bonus. This mixer has easily become the heart of my kitchen. If you need performance, durability, and capacity, look no further. This is a commercial-grade machine that can keep up with serious demands and then some. Highly, highly recommend!

This has the power to mix up sausage balls! Smaller counter top models strained on the mix of sausage, cheese and bisquick. This thing is like a locomotive. One note: For making sausage balls, I always leave it on setting “1” and use the paddle.

We have had our Stand Mixer for about a month. Completely Satisfied!!

So far I like this mixer. I have owned three Kitchen Aid mixers, this one being the third one. I like the fact that I could mix four loaves of sourdough in it. 4000 grams total with no problem. It is very powerful. I also like the stainless steel attachments and the long cord. It’s a time saver for me. If you do a lot of baking I would just get this one and save yourself the trouble of moving up like I did.

Christmas gift for sourdough wife. She loves it. Big step up from smaller models. Fits in the kitchen and doesn’t pop the breaker.

I absolutely love the kitchen aid mixers would definitely recommend to my friends
