Working Perfect for SolidWorks 2023

I liked that this mid-size desktop was very configurable. I was able to order it to my preferences. The Dell configurator kept me from making mistakes. It fits the desk well and is very quiet. It has many USB ports. The air filter should eliminate internal dust buildup and fits well over the front of the desktop without moving or lifting. Cleaning the filter should be very easy. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase to date.

BEST PC FOR GRAPHICS SOFTWARE, WE USE FOR OFFICE.

I bought this to replace a 5 year old Dell desktop when it said the hard drive was failing. I bought what I thought was a good machine at around the equivalent price point considering the passage of time. Everything works but it is much slower than my old machine especially transfers from my hard drives. Also, the number of options when "building" your computer has shrunk to nothing - for this machine no option to have an internal optical drive (there's space), and no option for wireless keyboard and mouse instead of wired. I'll be looking elsewhere after about 20 years with Dell

Of course, I'm moving up from 2019 XPS, so lightening speed is a welcome change. The layout of the tower is the best and integration with wireless keyboard, mouse and monitor are so easy.

Accounts, e-mails, correspondence. Could do with another Jack plug point. I have used a jack plug to usb adapter (for my speakers) but this does not work, although it worked with my previous computer.

Tried to contact Dell with a technical question about the item. Was passed from pillar to post and eventually back to pillar after hours on the phone. Issue not resolved.Appalling after sales/tech support.
