I ordered this replacement knob 2 times in the last couple of days. First time I ordered it with some attachments for my stand mixer - they came, but the knob was not in the box. Since I was unable to figure out how to get any customer service assistance for the knob, I reordered it. It supposedly came today - when I opened the package it looks like a plastic child's hat. It is not the knob that I have ordered 2 times and have yet to receive.
