Recentemente ho iniziato la cottura al forno. Ho avuto un modello KitchenAid più vecchio e più piccolo per circa 30 anni, ma non era abbastanza pesante per le mie paste. Questa nuova ragazza ottiene il lavoro fatto! Non per sottolineare il motore o la ciotola di miscelazione che si spegne. Sono molto felice del mio acquisto. Brenda

Questo e' il mio secondo mixer KitchenAid. Ho donato il mio 25 anni Artisan a mio figlio e figlia in legge perché volevamo una ciotola più grande così abbiamo acquistato il 7qt ed è assolutamente incredibile. Noterò qualcosa....il primo che è stato consegnato, nel mezzo di mescolare il pane appena fermato. Non c'e' ragione e abbiamo fatto tutti i passi normali. Abbiamo soffiato un fusibile, l'abbiamo fatto a fuoco, ecc. ma nulla l'ha fatto tornare. Ho chiamato KitchenAid e spiegato la situazione e ho seriamente avuto attraverso la mia breve esperienza e la persona del servizio clienti ha detto "Sounds like we need to send you a new one". Cioe', che affari fanno piu' una cosa del genere? Una nuova era nella mia casa in 5 giorni e un'etichetta di ritorno, senza alcun costo per me è stato fornito in modo da poter inviare quello difettoso indietro. Incredibile.... Sarò un compratore KitchenAid per il resto della mia vita. Il nuovo funziona grande.... ha fatto il mio pane e molte altre cose. Grazie KitchenAid per avermi reso un fan della vita lunga!

Ho portato questo mixer stand alcuni mesi fa e amo tutto quello che ho fatto da esso! Originariamente ho posseduto un piccolo mixer di aiuto cucina e ho iniziato a fare tutti i nostri prodotti di pane fatti in casa e questo ha reso la transizione molto più facile!

This is my second standup KitchenAid mixer. I gifted my 25 year old Artisan to my son and daughter in law because we wanted a bigger bowl so we purchased the 7qt and it's absolutely amazing. I will note something....the first one that was delivered, in the middle of mixing bread just stopped. No reason and we went through all the normal steps. Did we blow a fuse, did it over heat, etc. but nothing made it come back on. I called KitchenAid and explained the situation and I seriously got through my brief experience and the customer service person said "Sounds like we need to send you a new one". I mean, what business do something like that anymore? A new one was in my home in 5 days and a return label, at no cost to me was provided so I could send the defective one back. Unbelievable....I will be a KitchenAid buyer for the rest of my life. The new one works great....made my loaf of bread and many other things. Thank you KitchenAid for making me a life long fan!
