I love the all metal grain mill and use it two or three times per week. I find it best to grind my wheat berries on the coarse setting first and then grind it twice on the fine setting.

I am very happy with this grain mill. I use it several times a week for homemade bread. It takes just a few minutes to mill about 6 cups each time. I don't have any problem using it with my old, heavy duty Kitchen Aid mixer. I do recommend it.
