Desktop Dell Slim – ecs1250_so_37

set up was easy features great!

Good advice given what I require I paid for it and it arrived 8 days latter no damage. Put together was easy except I had to purchase new mounters as old ones their connector was no longer used. With the help of my son we now have blue tooth for key board mouse speakers meaning a lot less cables to contend with. The system works fine and what was ordered from Dell was delivered and services they offer are excellent.

Dell is and always was a great producer of quality personal computers whether they be desktops. laptops or peripheral devices. They last forever, you have the ability to configure them as appropriate to your needs, they offer reduced items thru their outlet store and overall they provide outstanding ongoing support for their products. Frankly, I have always owned Dell's and would highly recommend them. One weak part with Dell at this time, as I see it personally, is if you choose to finance the product over time, the process is confusing, is not an immediate approval type process and is labor intensive. Secondly, my salesperson who I originally was working with over the telephone tended to steer me in one direction, during a call lasting well over an hour, while I was focused on a lower priced product approach. He did not listen to what I wanted but rather what he thought I should purchase which was a more expense product. I eventually disconnected and ordered the product's I wanted on my own, through their Dell website and paid with PayPal...much faster and easier. Again. I respect Dell as a manufacturer and seller of high quality, long lasting and AFFORDABLE products. While they have complicated some processes and some salespersons could be less passionate about sales and more passionate about consulting ON sales, their products are all well worth purchasing. I will and would highly recommend Dell.

I use it for personal use and it is tremendously fast and everything is up to date. Wouldn't think of buying anything but DELL.

Although it has only been set up for several days, the desktop is working great, with no issues. It was easy to purchase over the phone, and the associate was great -- i.e.no pressure to purchase products I did not need or want, and seemed honest when responding to my inquiries about the desktop capabilities I wanted.

I haven't had the opportunity to set it up yet, I'm sure it will be a whole lot better than my system at present

Fast service & excellent quality product

Wanted to outline and reiterate the great and persistent support from the Dell team on my case Many thanks

I use it mainly for writing, designing book covers and book layout. It is quiet and easily fast enough for my requirements. I wanted something that was reasonably priced and reliable. Over the years, I have found Dell has served me well.

Absolutely the best PC I have owned. Using Dell Migrate easy to move from my 7 year old Cell to the new one. Sufficient USB ports for my monitor and printer, and both wired keyboard and mouse. I really like the small form factor, parking this one on my desk, rather than gathering dust and debris on the floor.
