[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oracle Jet is by far the best coffee machine I've ever owned. The machine is very well built and I found the lever very useful as it allows you to use the castors to slide the machine across the worktop into the desired position. The setup was very easy. The touchscreen makes it easy to follow step by step instructions with pictures/ video clips to show you exactly what to do. It also gives reasons as to why it is asking you to do what you are. For example, it asked me to adjust the grind dial and explained that it was to make the drink less bitter. This detailed setup and calibration was perfect for ensuring perfect drinks. I loved the inbuilt barista guidance as it detects any issues and resolves them to make sure the drinks are perfect. The touchscreen is amazing. Very clear and easy to use. I connected my machine to the internet and it did an update to add extra drink options including cold brew, cold espresso and babyccino. The milk foaming is hands free which is amazing, you can queue your milk to automatically heat and foam once the extraction of espresso is complete. The steam wand is easy to clean and milk does not burn onto it. Just gently wipe away the excess milk and lower the wand and it automatically purges water through to clean the inside. There are no negatives to this machine but if I had to be picky I'd say it's not the easiest to see the water level when filling and the drip tray fills very quickly but neither of these are big issues to me. I have enjoyed coffee shop standard drinks multiple times per day since getting the machine and every one has been perfect. My favourites are cappuccino and latte but I tested all options to be able to give honest and thorough feedback. I highly recommend this machine and it makes my morning routine more enjoyable. It's also worth noting that the machine has settings for people who have oat, soy or almond milk so although I haven't tasted these options I do believe you too would get a perfect foam on your drinks too. All the instructions for cleaning and maintenance can be found in the settings.
